Job Description

We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of developing the future of e-commerce and brand building on an international scale. Today we represent brands within segments such as beauty, fashion, accessories, and merchandise and we’re looking to complement our team with an individual that is passionate about sales development and innovative advertising solutions driving sales.

As a Paid Media Specialist you will be working on a range of brands across different platforms. You will be asked to put together a paid media strategy, testing and tweaking things as we go.

Performance will be the key KPI of what you do and you need to evaluate how your work is performing and continually optimize to get the best results. You will provide useful campaign insights to us and suggest recommendations to our content based on your analysis. You will strategically build sales through online marketing venues and actively work with search engine optimization, advertising, and marketing.

Who are you and what will you do?

  • Manage a portfolio of paid ads on platforms such as Google Ads, Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Research websites and build a whitelist for display advertising.
  • Keyword research.
  • A/B-testing ad copy.
  • Order creative assets from the design team.
  • Managing budgets.
  • Actively participate in scheduled internal weekly and monthly sales meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information.
  • Adaptable and flexible, but more importantly an authentic and positive person who will add to our already great culture in the relatively small organization.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a productive, organized, and hands-on individual to take ownership of a portfolio of brands, ensuring their development and success within sales and collaborations with external partners and platforms.

This will include marketing tactics, creative thinking, and developing advertising strategies for growth. Your success will be based on your ability to adapt to what differentiates our brands to find a unique advertising formula for each brand and product.

What You Bring to the Party

  • 1-3 years of experience from a similar role in paid social ads and/or SEM
  • Strong communication skills (English and Swedish)
  • Working knowledge of Google Adwords and Analytics.
  • Have a track record in helping to deliver effective paid ad campaigns.
  • Passion for paid socials and digital marketing in general.
  • Be a self-starter who can work on your own initiative.
  • Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related programs.

Relevant post-secondary education in digital marketing.
